Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra alumni — from the Class of 1953 to the Class of 2022 — gathered in Sanders Theatre on Nov. 12 to honor the memory of former HRO Music Director James Yannatos. Affectionately called “Dr. Y,” Yannatos conducted the orchestra from 1964 until his retirement in 2009.
