The Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra Foundation is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization, whose mission is to provide support to the Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra (HRO). The Foundation’s goal is to grow its resources in order to increase the long-term financial stability of the HRO. To do this, the Foundation depends on contributions from friends and alumni, and all those who believe in the importance and power of classical and orchestral music in the Harvard undergraduate experience.
Donations to the HRO Foundations are placed in an Annual Fund and are distributed to the HRO through an annual grant process. The HRO Student Board, the HRO Director/Conductor and the HRO Foundation agree on the use and amount of said funds.
